Do you constantly question yourself or feel like you’re walking on eggshells?
Hi, I’m Sian — a qualified integrative counsellor offering online therapy to adults across the UK.
Many of the people I work with come to therapy carrying a deep sense of self-doubt. They often find themselves asking “Is it me?” or assuming they must be the problem.
They feel guilty for saying no, guilty for resting, and anxious about getting things wrong. Life can feel like walking on eggshells- constantly monitoring what you say or do in case it upsets someone else.
If this feels familiar, you’re not alone. Therapy can offer a space where you don’t have to explain or justify yourself, and where your experiences can be explored with care and understanding.
Who I work with
I often work with adults who:
-
constantly question themselves or assume they’re at fault
-
feel responsible for other people’s emotions
-
struggle with guilt - even when they rest or put themselves first
-
experience ongoing anxiety or hypervigilance
-
grew up in emotionally unsafe or invalidating family environments
-
have been impacted by narcissistic or emotionally immature parenting
-
are navigating distance or estrangement from family members
-
have been told they are “too sensitive”, “too much”, or “selfish”
You don’t need to have the language for what you’ve been through. Many people simply know that something has never felt quite right.
My approach
I work in a way that’s warm, collaborative, and led by what feels most important to you. There’s no pressure to talk about anything before you’re ready, and no expectation to have the right words. We go at a pace that feels manageable.
I know how exhausting anxiety, self-doubt, and people-pleasing can be... the constant questioning, the guilt, the feeling of being on edge. Therapists are human too, and therapy works best when it feels safe, honest, and grounded in trust.
Online counselling
I offer counselling sessions online via Zoom, Whatsapp and Microsoft Teams, working with clients across the UK.
Online therapy allows you to access support from the comfort of your own space and can be particularly helpful if you’re juggling work, family responsibilities, or find it difficult to attend sessions in person.
Sessions & fees
Sessions last 50 minutes and are offered on a weekly basis at a regular agreed day and time.
Sessions are £60 per 50 minutes.
Further details about payments and cancellations are available on the FAQs page.
Getting started
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels right.
There’s no pressure to commit -you’re welcome to take your time deciding.
If you’d like to arrange an intro call or have any questions, please get in touch.
